Built on a Shared Foundation
Whether you go Standard or Lux, you’re getting the same rock-solid platform Aussie Express RV is known for. Every van in the range is built on an Australian-made Outback chassis with a 2″ riser, a 6″ drawbar, Roller Rocker on-road suspension, and a DO35 hitch — all rated to 3,200KG ATM. Fully insulated timber roof, walls, and a one-piece honeycomb floor keep you comfortable in any season, while AllyTech windows with fly screens and blinds seal out the elements.
Customers choose their own tapware, door latch, sink, shower trail, and ensuite frame finishes from a range of colours — making every van uniquely their own.
The Standard Model: Capable and Ready to Go
The Standard is no stripped-back entry level. It is a fully equipped, adventure-ready caravan built to get you on the road without compromise. Family models (Mile Tracker, Sahara, MountainView) include double or triple bunks with safety rails and a dedicated Sirocco fan in each bunk area.
The Lux Model: Off-Grid, Off the Leash
The Lux takes everything in the Standard and adds a suite of upgrades that transform the van into a serious off-grid machine — and a noticeably more refined place to live. Built for travellers who want to spend extended time away from powered sites, without compromising on the comforts of home.
